JOHN W. NELSON, 85, of Brayton died Saturday, April 5th at the Exira Care Center.  Funeral services for JOHN W. NELSON will be held on Wednesday, April 9th at 11:00am in the Kessler Funeral Home in Exira.

Burial will be in the Oakfield Cemetery, East of Brayton.

Family visitation will be held 10:00am until the time of the service on Wednesday, April 9th at the funeral home.

JOHN W. NELSON is survived by:

Wife: Lucille Nelson of Exira.

Children: Duane (Mel) Nelson of Casey.  Lavonne (Neil) Schroeter of Brayton.  Kevin (Candis) Nelson of Brayton.  Carol (Monti) Miller of Woodward.

Daughter-in-law: Janet (Fred) Klute of Atlantic.

Sisters: Edna Haggen of Huxley.  Olive (Charles) Ferguson of Lake View.

Brother-in-law: Lyle Brewer of Atlantic.

7 Grandchildren.  2 Step-Granchildren. 6 Great-Grandchildren.  Step Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives, and Friends.
