EUGENE PHELPS, 76, of Bayard, died Sat. April 19th, in Iowa City, from complications of burn injuries. Services for EUGENE PHELPS will be held after his wife Shirley returns from the hospital. Ohde Funeral Home in Bayard has the arrangements.
