WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON CST SUNDAY. THE WIND CHILL
WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BE ENDING BY LATE AFTERNOON.
* SNOW AMOUNTS...SNOWFALL OF 3 TO 5 INCHES HAS BEEN REPORTED.
LITTLE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP TO 30
TO 35 BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...NORTHERLY WINDS AT 10 TO 20 MPH WILL HELP CREATE AREAS
