Wind chill values as low as -20. Windy, with a north wind 14 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around -13. Wind chill values as low as -25. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny and cold, with a high near 9. Wind chill values as low as -25. West northwest wind 6 to 10 mph.
