CHARLES BURTON SUMMERS, 76, of Harlan, died Fri., Feb. 7th, at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha. Funeral services for CHARLES SUMMERS will be held 11-am Tue., Feb. 11th, at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-to 9-pm Mon., Feb. 10th, with the family greeting friends from 5-to 8-pm.

Burial will be in the Harlan Cemetery.

His wife – Judy (Brace) Summers, of Harlan.

His sons – Charlie Summer, Jr., of Harlan, & Matt Summers, of Earling.

His brothers – Gerald “Jerry” (Jane) Summers, of Overgaard, AZ., & James (Pearl) Summers, of Council Bluffs.

His sisters – “Cookie” (Verle) Doonan, of Audubon, & Mary Ann (Dale) Kaven, of Schuyler, NE.

3 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren.
