CEATTA L. “SAMM” MANN, 71, of Maquoketa (a 1960 graduate of the Atlantic High School), died Sun., Feb. 9th, at the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue, IA. Friends and family of CEATTA “SAMM” MANN may gather for “One last Party” in remembrance of her, from 1-to 3-pm Sat., Feb. 15th, at the Carson Celebration of Life Center, in Maquoketa. Carson and Son Funeral Home in Maquoketa has the arrangements.

Cremation has taken place and burial will be at a later date in the Sherrill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
