Breakfast Surprise (1-21-14)

- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pound sausage, chopped ham or smokies
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices bread, cut in 1″ cubes
Brown and drain meat. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and bread. Add cheese and meat. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
