…FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST FRIDAY…
* TIMING…LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL DEVELOP THROUGH EARLY EVENING AND CHANGE TO LIGHT SNOW LATER TONIGHT.E AFTERNOON ACROSS THE FAR SOUTH AND PERSIST AT INTERVALS OVERNIGHT…CONCURRENT WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING BELOW FREEZING.
* STORM TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS…ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH ARE STILL EXPECTED. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20 WILL BE LESS THAN AN INCH.
* IMPACTS…THE ICE WILL PRIMARILY POSE A HAZARD TO TRAVELERS AS ROADS…SIDEWALKS…AND OTHER SURFACES WILL BECOME SLICK. ANYONE PLANNING TO TRAVEL TONIGHT SHOULD BE VERY CAUTIONS AND MONITOR ROAD CONDITIONS CLOSELY.
