Two people were arrested Sunday evening on drug charges in Fremont County, after authorities investigated suspicious activity in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. Sheriff’s officials say 22-year old Dakota Lee Standley, of Hamburg, and 25-year old Michael Allen Frakes, of Nebraska City, NE, were arrested shortly after 6:30-p.m. The pair were taken into custody at the Wendy’s parking lot near the junction of I-29 and Highway 2.

Standley was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, while Frakes was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both were being held in the Fremont County Jail on $50,000 cash bond, each.
