The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman from Pottawattamie County, this (Thursday) morning. 25-year old Angelina Marie Silveira, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at around 7:30-a.m. in Pott. County, on a warrant for Failure To Appear on a Driving Under Suspension charge related to Violation of Liability Coverage. Silveira was being held in the Mills County Jail on $800 bond.
