4 arrests Saturday in Red Oak

Four people were arrested Saturday on varying charges, in Red Oak. According to Red Oak Police, Samuel Maurice Branigan, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 4:15-p.m. on a charge of Trespass. Branigan was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $300 bond.
At around 5:35-p.m. Saturday, Red Oak Police arrested 35-year old Timothy Orville Welch, of Red Oak, on a warrant for Contempt of Court/Failure to Appear, on an original charge of 3rd Degree Harassment. Welch was being held on $300 bond.
Red Oak Police say Randi Lynn Vanleuven, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 6:25-p.m Saturday, for Simple Assault. Her bond was set at $300. And, officials say Richard Dean Pierce the 3rd, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 11:30-p.m., Saturday, for Theft in the 5th Degree. He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $300 bond.
