LEO CHAFA, 80, of Bridgewater , died Sat., May 18th, at the Good Samaritan Society, in Fontanelle. Celebration of Life services for LEO CHAFA will be held 11-a.m. Thu., May 23rd, at the Bridgewater United Methodist Church. Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 1-until 8-pm on Wednesday, with the family present from 6-to 8-pm. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.

A luncheon will follow the Celebration of Life service at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the the Leo Chafa Memorial Fund to be established by the family.

His wife – Jo Chafa, of Bridgewater.

His daughter – Donna (Jim) Stonebraker, of CO.

His sons – Michael (Cindy) Chafa, of Stuart, & Scott (Joni) Chafa, of Prescott.

His sister – Maxine (Bob) Jones, of Mesa, AZ.

6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, other relatives & friends.
