LESLIE S. VORM, 90, of Atlantic, died Sat., April 20th, at the Salem Lutheran Home, in Elk Horn. Memorial services for LES VORM will be held 11:30-a.m. Wed., April 24th, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Atlantic. Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Atlantic has the arrangements.

There is no visitation.

A private family burial will be held.

Memorials may be directed to the Salem Lutheran Home’s Dementia Unit.

LES VORM is survived by:

His wife – Lorene, of Atlantic.

His children – Suzanne (Bob) Just, of Atlantic; Nancy (Chuck) Hansen, of Audubon; Kenneth (Julie) Vorm, of Kimballton; Bruce (Diane) Vorm, of Casey, and Sheryl (Jeff) Harder, of Walnut.

His sisters – Lydia Andersen, of Blair, NE, & Leanna (Delbert) Killen, of Brayton.

16 grandchildren & 39 great-grandchildren.
