LAURA R. GARRETT, 100, of Stuart died Fri., Mar., 15th at the Community Care Center in Stuart. A funeral service for LAURA GARRETT will be held 10:30 AM Fri., Mar., 22nd at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in rural Adair.  Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Adair has the arrangements.

Visitation with family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thurs., Mar., 21st at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the St. John’s Cemetery in rural Adair.

Memorials may be directed to St. John’s Evangelical Church.

Daughters, Ellen (Jerry) Alexander and Diane (Bill) Zinn of Des Moines

Son, Roger (Vicky) Garrett of Des Moines

Sisters, Helen Heckman and Ruby Anderson, both of Des Moines.

Six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
