SHEILA ANN HOPP, 68, of Harlan died Monday, February 11th at her home.  Funeral services for SHEILA ANN HOPP will be held on Saturday, February 16th at 11:00 am in the St. John ‘s Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
