ROBERT FRANCES CARTER, 82, of Carson, died Mon., Dec. 10th, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.  Funeral services for ROBERT CARTER will be held 10:30-a.m. Thu., Dec. 13th, at the Henderson Christian Church. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family is from 6-to 7:30-pm Wed., Dec. 12th, at the funeral home.

Interment will be at the Oaklawn Cemetery, at 1-p.m. Thursday.

ROBERT CARTER is survived by:

His wife – Willa Carter, of Carson.

His son – Monte, of Oakland.

His brother – Richard (Lois) Carter, of Barnard, MO.

4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
