TODAY AND TONIGHT: STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT WITH GUSTS APPROACHING 35 MPH. IN ADDITION…MUCH COLDER AIR WILL SPREAD INTO THE AREA TONIGHT WITH WIND CHILL VALUES DROPPING TO AROUND 10 BELOW OVERNIGHT.
CRAWFORD-CARROLL-AUDUBON-GUTHRIE-DALLAS-
PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING…POSSIBLY MIXING WITH RAIN SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 30. LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED WITH THE SNOW. STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP BY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TONIGHT WITH A FEW GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH. IN ADDITION…MUCH COLDER AIR WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT AND THE COMBINATION OF WINDS AND CHILLY TEMPERATURES WILL DROP WIND CHILLS FROM 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO OVERNIGHT.
