HOMER LAUER, 80, of the Hill of Zion area, died Thu., Nov. 8th, at his home. Funeral services for HOMER LAUER will be held 11-a.m. Mon., Nov. 12th, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Greenfield. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.

Family Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Greenfield. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.

Memorials: To the Homer Lauer memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Burial will be in the Hill of Zion Cemetery, rural Orient, with full military graveside rites by the Williamson American Legion Post No. 719.

His children – Ronald (Dee Ann) of Creston, Kim Maeder (Bert) of Orient, Roger Lauer of Creston, and Carrie Powell (Jon) of Creston.
