V.L. “BUTCH” MILLER, 92, of Persia, died Wed., Oct. 10th, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. Funeral services for “BUTCH” MILLER will be held 1:30-p.m. Tue., Oct. 16th, at the Persia Methodist Church. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 11-am to 9pm Sun., Oct. 14th, with the family present to greet friends from 2-to 4pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Mon., Oct. 15th, from 8am-to 9-pm.

Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Persia.

His sons – Stan (Linda) Miller, of Loveland, Co; Glenn Miller, of Richmond, CA; & Gale “Chub” Miller and wife Denise, of Persia.

His sisters – Delores (Don) Spracklin, of Valley, NE., & Donna (Dennis) McKean, of Omaha, NE.

and 3 grandchildren.
