ROBERT NEWTON CALHOON, 82, of Oakland, died Fri, Oct. 12th, at the Avoca Nursing and Rehab Center, in Avoca.  A Memorial service for BOB CALHOON will be held 11-a.m. Wed., Oct. 17th, at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday from 5-7:30 at the Oakland United Methodist Church.

His sons: Robert Bruce and wife Debra Kay of Ford, KS; Rick and his wife Barb of Worthington, MN, and Jeff and his wife Deb of Avoca.

His sisters Mary Pendegraft and husband Jim, and Francis Rollins.

His brother Larry Calhoon and wife Frieda.

6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, his in-laws, other relatives and friends.
