ALICE BLAZEK, 65, of Fontanelle, died Mon., October 29th, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Memorial Services for ALICE BLAZEK will be held 11-a.m. Fri., Nov. 2nd, at the Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle.

Visitation will be held on Thu., Nov. 1st, at the Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 2:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. with family meeting friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.

Memorials may be directed to the Alice Blazek memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Burial will be in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Her sons – William Blazek, Andrew Blazek and wife Kara and Alan Blazek all of Fontanelle.

Her daughter – Velma (Sis) Blazek of Fontanelle.

Her sister – Anna Lyddon and husband Ed of Des Moines.
