RILLA JEAN SHIRES, 83, of AZ (formerly of Griswold/Elliott areas), died Aug. 8th at her home in Cottonwood, AZ. A Memorial service for RILLA SHIRES will be held 3-p.m. Wed., Aug. 15th, at the Mountainview United Methodist Church in Cottonwood. Graveside services will be held 10-a.m. Mon., Aug. 20th, at the Hillside Cemetery in Elliott. Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold has the arrangements.

Her sons – Dan (Hui Suk) Shires, of Albuquerque, NM and Sam (Madeline) Shires, of Cottonwood, AZ.

Her daughter – Jean Shires, of Cottonwood, AZ.

Her brothers – Alan, Robert and David DeKay.

Her sisters – Ruth Ireland, Mary Neary, Barbara Eshelman, and Jane Pelzer.

5 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren, and in-laws.
