VIRGIL JAY CHRISTENSEN, 89,of Menlo, died Tue. July 10th, at the Community Care Center in Stuart. A visitation for VIRGIL CHRISTENSEN will be held from 5-7pm Friday, July 13th at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart, followed by a Memorial service at 7-p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Stuart Care Center Hospice Room in care of Johnson Family Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the South Oak Grove Cemetery.

VIRGIL CHRISTENSEN is survived by:

His wife – Carol.

His son – Gerald and his wife Sheryl of Stuart.

 His sisters – Lillian Taylor of Marshalltown and Eleanor Erdkamp of Exeter, NE.

His brothers – Orville “Pete” (Maxine) of Dundalk, MD and Jack (Carolyn) of Fremont, CA.

4 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren, and other relatives.
