Quick ‘n Easy Skillet Meal (5-15-12)

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tablespoon pepper flakes (opt.)
- 3 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Brown beef in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 18 minutes. Serves six.
