FAIRFIELD, Iowa (AP) — An Iowa archer born without arms will compete for the U.S. Paralympics team. Matt Stutzman, of Fairfield, told KCCI-TV that he’s overwhelmed that he was selected to shoot at 2012 Paralympic Games in London. The competition begins Aug. 20. Stutzman says he’s getting a lot of attention for his ability to shoot a bow and arrow despite being born without arms, but he’s focusing his attention on winning a gold medal. He’s been training up to eight hours a day.
