ALETHA MAE BRUE, 86, of Harlan, died Sun., May 27th, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan. Funeral services for ALETHA MAE BRUE will be held 1-p.m. Tue., June 5th, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home will be held from 1-9pm Mon., June 4th, with the family greeting friends from 6-8pm.

Burial will be in the Union Township Cemetery at Defiance.

Her sons – Vernon (Linda) Brue, of Harlan, & Benji (Patty) Brue, of Jackson, MI.

Her daughters – Joleen (Gary) Koch, of New Ulm, MN; Becky (Mark) Reinig, of Skidmore, MO; & Karen (Dale) Wood, of Greenfield, IA.

Her brothers – Harold (Francis) Ahrenholtz, of Wheat Ridge, CO; Howard (Lois) Ahrenholtz, of Manilla, IA; William (Louise) Ahrenholtz, of Defiance, IA; Richard Ahrenholtz, of Norfolk, NE.

Her sister – Betty Lou (Alvin) Armentrout, of Kirkman.

9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her in-laws, other relatives, and friends.
