Sausage-Sauerkraut Dinner (2-28-12)

- 2 lbs. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
- 4 medium potatoes, pared and halved
- 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
