BILLY KIRCHNER, 63, of Jefferson (formerly of Atlantic), died Tue., Feb. 14th, at Regency Park Nursing & Rehab. Graveside services for BILLY KIRCHNER will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19th,  at Greenwood Cemetery at Cumberland. Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson has the arrangements.
