WALTER AUGUST MORDHORST, 93, of Harlan, died Sun., Jan. 29th, at the Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Funeral services for WALTER MORDHORST will be held 10:30-a.m. Thu., Feb. 2nd, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 2-9pm Wed., Feb. 1st, with the family greeting friends from 6-8pm, and a Prayer service at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery at Portsmouth.

His wife – Bernice, of Harlan.

His step-daughter: Norma Jean (Dale) Winn, of Westminister, CA.

His step-son: Marlin Gubbels, of Ft. Dodge, IA.

His sisters – Anne Marie, of Bennington, NE.,, & Dorothy Peetz, of Omaha, NE.

7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
