The National Weather Service in Des Moines has released its Fall newsletter, containing a variety of weather data and information, including a forecast for cooler than normal temperatures for much of November and December, and  drier than normal conditions for southern and southwest Iowa. There’s also some interesting information about this Summer’s “Heat Burst” events in southwest Iowa.
