ALVIN “OSCAR” RUDOLPH KOESTER, 79, of Harlan (& formerly of Panora), died Fri., Aug. 12th, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial service for “OSCAR” KOESTER will be held 10:30-a.m. Mon. His sisters – Madonna Kramer, of Earling; Alice (Harold) Schwery, of Westphalia;  &  Janice (Pete) Malhberg, of Earling.
