The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of a Villsca man Thursday on numerous charges.

At about 10:30 Thursday evening, 27-year-old Garrett Alan Winther was arrested for a valid warrant on several theft and drug charges. Winther was charged with theft 5^th degree, possession of Methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on full bond.
